Orthopaedic Specialists Surgi-Center is an ambulatory surgery center fit-out within an existing medical office building, featuring two operating rooms, sterile processing, pre- and postoperative patient care areas, and dedicated support spaces for patients and staff.

The project modernizes the facility to meet the latest 2022 FGI guidelines, addressing challenges such as separating program functions once allowed to overlap and resolving inconsistencies from decades of untracked renovations. Planned upgrades include a new HVAC system for precise climate control and air filtration, as well as a cohesive finish plan that unifies past alterations into a clear design vision.
