Nemours Rockland I REACH Center

Across from Nemours Children’s Health’s main hospital, the researchers of the REACH center develop innovative care models for overcoming socioeconomic factors that restrict access to healthcare.

As employees return to the office nationwide, Nemours hired CosciaMoos to renovate the center’s existing administrative space to serve as a dedicated “touch-down” work suite for researchers who circulate between the hospital’s other facilities.

We provided interior renovations and cosmetic upgrades to create a semi-open office that improves circulation and creates a more positive environment. To meet Nemours’ deadline, we proposed an accelerated schedule where we worked on multiple phases simultaneously, and we closely coordinated with construction management to control cost and avoid any surprise change orders.
