Each clinic project entails site assessments, including existing conditions, code compliance, and ADA compliance assessments; test fits for program elements specified by Nemours’ Corporate Planning Department; preparation of Construction Documents for bidding, permitting, and construction; and Construction Administration. CosciaMoos is using the knowledge gained from more than 300 national healthcare and retail rollouts to efficiently and successfully execute the assessment, design, and construction processes for multiple clinics at once in order to meet Nemours’ opening goals.
