Located in West Chester, PA, Fern Hill Medical Campus operates in proximity of the Chester County Medical Campus, within the University of Pennsylvania Health System

CosciaMoos’ primary effort was to give the common interior areas of the three connected buildings a facelift, which included updating the finishes and color schemes of entrance & elevator lobbies, hallways, and monumental stairs.

The interiors team developed color schemes as a means of signage and wayfinding – as in, one could determine which building they are currently in based on the color palette around them.

Architecturally, the porte cochère was in need of a refresh to create a more pedestrian friendly entrance, while maintaining a dropoff area. A general refresh of the EIFS walls and asphalt was also part of the campus upgrades.
