Replacing an outdated retail building, 922 North Broad Street is situated at the intersection of two major thoroughfares in Philadelphia, Broad Street and Girard Avenue.
CosciaMoos sought to design a statement building for the prominent corner lot, utilizing tower-like elements capped off with trees to emphasize the height of the building and playing with bright and lively colors to give the building presence.

The seven-story, 171-unit mixed-use building includes ground level parking, nearly 30,000 square feet of ground and second floor retail space accessible via escalator, and five levels of residential space. Residents enjoy amenities including a lounge, coworking space, and roof deck with a dipping pool. The development sits adjacent to the Girard Avenue Station on the Broad Street line, making it a quick subway ride to Center City to the south and Temple University to the north.
