Both Rising Real Estate and Philly Voice reported on our project at 922 North Broad Street recently, which officially broke ground earlier last week. Replacing a site which formerly was home to a CVS pharmacy, this project will house 171 residential units, and nearly 30,000 sq ft. of commercial space over 7 floors. Excitingly, the commercial space on the ground and second floor will be home to a Lidl grocery store. Located adjacent to Girard Station on the Broad Street line, this building will provide convenient access to Center City.
