Replacing an outdated retail building, 922 North Broad Street is situated at the intersection of two major thoroughfares in Philadelphia, Broad Street and Girard Avenue.
CosciaMoos sought to design a statement building for the prominent corner lot, utilizing tower-like elements capped off with trees to emphasize the height of the building and played with bright and lively colors to give the building presence.
The seven-story, 201-unit mixed-use building includes underground resident parking, ground floor retail, and six levels of residential space, totaling 196 units. Residents enjoy amenities including a lounge, coworking space, private second floor outdoor courtyard and roofdeck with a dipping pool. The development sits adjacent to the Girard Avenue Station on the Broad Street line, making it a quick subway ride to Center City to the south and Temple University to the north.
