We are proud to announce that CosciaMoos was honored with an AIA Philadelphia 2022 Design Award at the organization’s annual event last night. We earned a Merit Award in the Built Interior Architecture category for the design of our new office space.

The annual AIA Philadelphia Design Awards celebrate design excellence from members of the Philadelphia community in categories that include built and unbuilt work, interior architecture, historic preservation/adaptive reuse, planning, and more.

CosciaMoos is proud of the design work that went into our new office. We toured many unique vacant spaces, finally landing at 123 South Broad Street as our future home. Located on the second floor on the south west corner and only a few blocks from City Hall, our office is alive with the sounds of bustling city life. The office building itself was once 9th largest in the world and is a unique architectural landmark. The office space includes what used to be the historic Fidelity Bank Trading floor.

Principals Sergio Coscia and David Moos, Design Director of Interiors Telsa Love, Interior Designer Morgan Immerman, and Designer Josh LaBorde accepted the award on behalf of the firm.

Also at this event, Architect Peichao Di received AIA Philadelphia’s Young Architect Award, recognizing both his design work at CosciaMoos and his mentoring and volunteer efforts. Read more about this great recognition here.
