This 23,000-square-foot, three-story renovation reconfigures the existing structure to include retail and office space on the ground floor with 25 residential units above. A spacious roof deck provides tenants with additional amenity space and sweeping city views.

The ground floor office space retains the building’s original character, featuring exposed concrete floors, high ceilings, and oversized industrial-style windows. Inside, the office includes a kitchen with custom steel cabinetry, a 12-person boardroom, and a secondary conference room that expands into a larger gathering space through custom steel barn doors.

A grand mezzanine—home to a ping-pong table and visible from the kitchen—further activates the space. Industrial-style glass office fronts bring light and openness to the interior while maintaining separation and privacy for the open workstations.
The project was completed in collaboration with Eileen Tognini Design.
