Coscia Moos Architecture was honored to be a part of two projects named Grand Jury Award Winners by the Preservation Alliance for Greater Philadelphia. The Goddard School at 2201 Pine Street in Philadelphia where we worked with Owner City Living Philadelphia and The Tidewater at 407 N 20th Street in Philadelphia where we teamed with Alterra Property Group to bring new life to the historic granary building just off the Benjamin Franklin Parkway.
