To bolster its expanding healthcare practice, CosciaMoos Architecture is pleased to announce the addition of Peter Barlow, AIA, LEED AP as senior project manager and medical planner. An experienced healthcare designer with nearly 20 years of experience, Barlow will work with CosciaMoos’ healthcare clients across the country.

“We are excited to have Peter join the CosciaMoos team,” said David Moos, Principal and Co-Founder of the Firm. “He has a proven record of delivering successful, patient-centered health care spaces and he truly understands the changing needs of the healthcare industry.”

A registered architect in Oklahoma, Barlow has extensive experience in health campus master planning and the design of hospital and clinic facilities, dental offices, veterinary clinics, and medical office buildings, as well as commercial, retail, and restaurant spaces. He has worked with multiple health system clients to design healthplexes, which have included primary and urgent care clinics, women’s health centers, specialty care clinics, and radiology suites, including MRIs, CT scanners, and X-Rays.

At CosciaMoos, Barlow will lead projects for major health systems including Virtua Health and Jefferson Health as well as outpatient providers including Hopscotch Health, Sage Health, and the nationwide network of primary care clinics operated by Oak Street Health.

Barlow is a graduate of Savannah College of Art and Design, where he earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Architecture and his Master of Architecture. He joins the firm from Oklahoma City based Miller Architects.
