In the News | Stewardson Design Competition Winners Announced | AIA Philadelphia

CosciaMoos designers Yalan Zhang and Janani Suriyanarayanan were part of the winning team for the 2025 Stewardson Design Competition, an initiative of the John Stewardson Memorial Fellowship in Architecture and the Community Design Collaborative. Their project, Pitch and Porch, was recognized for its innovative approach to sustainable, multigenerational housing and community-driven design.
