Naked Philly covered our project at 1700 North Howard Street, in an article titled “Adaptive Reuse for Apartments, Commercial Spaces on N. Howard St.” Construction is progressing on the 103-unit mixed-use development in South Kensington. The project incorporates a historic former dye works building with a modern six-story addition that will include retail space, apartments, and parking. Naked Philly has praised the project, deeming it “well worth the wait.”
