The Rising Real Estate blog covered our project at 1700 North Howard Street, in an article titled “103-Unit Adaptive Reuse Project in South Kensington Making Progress.”

“Work has now been underway at the nearly 24,000 square foot site for quite some time. Preservation work is ongoing on the historic corner building, a first-floor podium has been erected on the north end of the site, and foundation work has been completed in the middle of the site.”

This design thoughtfully incorporates a historic warehouse building on the corner of Howard Street and Cecil B. Moore Avenue, and works to preserve the scale and rhythm of the surrounding neighborhood. Once completed, this project will bring ground level commercial space plus more than 100 residential units to this site, conveniently located near the Berks El Station.
