Rising Real Estate gave an update on our project at 1900 North Front Street recently, noting that the site has been cleared, and construction is poised to begin. This project will eventually house 105 residential units over five floors, plus a ground floor retail space. Located across the street from Berks El Station, the building will provide convenient accessibility into Center City. The elevated rail line drove the design of the project, for example, the bay design and window layouts were influenced by the stop and go movements on the platform.
