Philadelphia YIMBY reported on our project at 828-40 North Second Street in Northern Liberties. This 5-story, 55-unit mixed-use project will offer ground floor commercial space at a prominent intersection in the neighborhood.
According to YIMBY, "The new development is replacing a current low slung industrial property...it will certainly be nice to see the industrial eyesore disappear from 2nd Street. In the area’s past, Northern Liberties was always a dense residential community, although time saw many beautiful old structures torn down in favor of industrial uses. In more modern times, this trend has entirely reversed, and this project signifies one of the last remaining industrial properties to turn over."
