Rising Real Estate provided an update on our project at 2nd and Poplar in Northern Liberties today. This 5-story building will replace a one-story warehouse with 55 residential units and 9,000 square feet of ground floor commercial space.
Rising Real Estate noted, “We’re extremely excited to see this dead corner activated and for another 55 homes for people to be built in Northern Liberties. The neighborhood is beginning to feel more and more like Center City and will even more as all of the projects in the area are completed and leased up.”
