Rising Real Estate covered the latest news on our project, The Darien, in Philadelphia’s West Poplar neighborhood. This project consists of two mixed-use buildings with 212 apartments, plus retail and roof decks. According to our team, the goal of the Darien’s design was to take two unique buildings and construct a connection between them, while also visually drawing people to the complex’s contemporary aesthetic.
Rising Real Estate noted:
"We’re excited to see these two long-vacant parcels developed into hundreds of homes for people. This project should help further tie together the Poplar and Northern Liberties neighborhoods. With all of the residential units being built in this area, we also think it might be time to open a 9th and Girard regional rail station."
