Part-Time Marketing Coordinator (Intern/Co-op)



Based in Center City, Coscia Moos Architecture (CMA) provides architectural design, interior design and planning across a broad range of project types, serving clients throughout the United States. Under the supervision of the Marketing Director, the Marketing Coordinator assists with various ongoing marketing projects and tasks including internal communications, graphic design, content creation, social media and event planning to achieve firm goals. We seek a creative and strategic thinker with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Assist with marketing proposals, presentations and information packets and award submissions
  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of proposal materials, project information sheets and resumes
  • Keep track of ongoing projects and template documents in an organized manner
  • Assist with marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, email newsletter, website, business cards, etc.)
  • Assist with monthly internal employee newsletter
  • Help with planning and organizing marketing events
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating ongoing marketing activities, including photography, business development correspondence, website updates
  • Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
  • Assist in updating database content on our website

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or currently working towards a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, graphic design, business or a related field is preferred
  • 0-2 years of office experience
  • Familiarity with Adobe creative suite, including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Knowledge of and ability to navigate Microsoft office and Google products
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and organize multiple projects
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively
